The mission of KY FIRST Robotics is to build a strong, sustainable robotics program for Kentucky’s K-12 students. At the heart of this mission is the belief that every student can succeed when given the right tools, mentorship, and hands-on experiences—empowering them to see themselves as innovators and leaders in Kentucky’s future workforce.
What makes FIRST Programs Unique?
FIRST Tech Challenge (FTC) and
FIRST Robotics Competition (FRC)
Teams are not limited to what's in the box when building their robots! They don't have to buy any kits, but they are available if they choose to go that route.
